The construction of Porta Mare, Elbląg’s inaugural A-class office complex, has progressed to its third floor, marking a significant milestone in the project. Once completed, the building will soar to six stories, poised to become a distinctive landmark within the city. This ambitious venture is a part of the Factory Programme.
