New Occupants Join CA IMMO’s Warsaw Portfolio

Five new tenants are set to enrich CA IMMO’s Warsaw portfolio this year across three buildings. Among them are BOKI Group, Polskie Centrum Naprawy Pojazdów, and Rail Cargo Group, who will become part of the vibrant community at the Bitwy Warszawskiej Business Center.

Additionally, G.L. Pharma is slated to join as a tenant at Sienna Center. Noteworthy is The Shire’s lease of over 1,500 sqm of space in CA Immo’s Warsaw Spire C. It’s worth mentioning that all buildings boast BREEAM green certification. These transactions were facilitated by JLL Poland agents representing CA Immo.
