JLL Bolsters Asia Pacific Logistics and Industrial Advisory Platform with Strategic Leadership Appointments

JLL (NYSE: JLL) has unveiled a strategic realignment of its Logistics and Industrial platform across Asia Pacific, signaling a proactive response to the evolving market dynamics and heightened client expectations within this vibrant sector of commercial real estate. This initiative aims to deliver tailored, comprehensive advisory solutions, addressing the diverse needs of clients and enhancing their decision-making processes in the Logistics and Industrial domain.

Assuming the pivotal role of Executive Director, Logistics and Industrial, Asia Pacific, is Ben Horner, who brings a wealth of experience garnered over 25 years in the industry. Ben will spearhead new business development initiatives and oversee operations across the region from his base in Singapore. His mandate includes crafting innovative solutions and services customized to meet the unique requirements of Logistics and Industrial clients. Ben will also lead efforts to foster collaboration within JLL’s network, ensuring seamless delivery of expertise and resources to clients.

Prior to joining JLL in April 2023, Ben held leadership positions at prominent organizations such as CEVA Logistics and Toll Group, where he honed his expertise in business development and operational management within the logistics sector.

Meanwhile, Michael Ignatiadis assumes the expanded role of Head of Manufacturing Strategy, Asia Pacific. Drawing on his extensive background in supply chain consultancy and operations, Michael will advise manufacturers on strategic site selection to optimize their business and supply chain strategies. Leveraging JLL’s proprietary MapIT database and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, Michael aims to provide holistic support to clients across the manufacturing and supply chain lifecycle.

Having joined JLL in 2019 as Head of Supply Chain & Logistics Solutions, Asia Pacific, Michael brings a wealth of experience from his tenure at EY and Accenture, where he held executive roles in supply chain and operations.
